• It is your responsibility to ensure that all address details of the venue are correct. PhotoBoothSA cannot be held responsible for any errors or delays
resulting from incorrect or missing address details.
• Please ensure that there is access to a plug socket close to the setup point. Please ensure that there is sufficient space at your venue to set up our Photo Booth. Please also inform us if there are any circumstances that would make the setting up of the booth more demanding such as going up and down stairs, long distances, signing in of equipment etc.. If there are any complications that are not made known to PhotoBoothSA before the setup then unfortunately this will come out of the operation time.
• In the event that PhotoBoothSA is not ready to commence at the agreed time due to our fault, we will still give you the agreed hire period by extending the finishing time.
• In the event that PhotoBoothSA has set up on time, but the hire does not start at the agreed time on the booking form due to over running of previous activities by you or the venue, the hire will still end as per the agreed time on the booking form.
• PhotoBoothSA cannot be held responsible for any circumstances that may prevent us from attending your event, these may include but are not limited to traffic delays, severe weather conditions, breakdown of our vehicles, sickness or equipment failure. In these instances our liability will be limited to refunding all monies.
• If there should be an unforeseen problem with the printer, we will provide you with reprints of the photos within 72 hours.
• The client will be held responsible for any loss or damage to equipment and props once installed and/or set up at the site or venue.
• Operators may need to be interrupted for maintenance of the Photobooth including changing ink cartridges.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and all balances to be paid 7 days prior to event or cash on delivery before setup. If your booking is made 7 days prior to your date – Full payment is needed.
• Should you require PhotoBoothSA to stay longer than the agreed time, you can request this on condition that we don’t have another booking after yours and the payment must be paid in cash before the additional hours are provided.
• Request for a date change must be in writing 60 days prior, if you need to cancel the booking and give us more than 30 days notice we will refund your deposit minus R500 cancellation fee. Should you wish to rebook us for a future date, we will credit you the R500, subject to availability and written notice of these 60 days prior to new booking.
• If you need to cancel your booking and give us less than 30 days notice, your deposit will not be refunded.
• If you need to cancel your booking and give us less than 14 days notice, you will still be liable to pay the full amount outstanding.
• In the event of a power failure, we will not be liable for a full or any means of refund. We do not have generators.
• We do not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, however caused, including negligence for you yourself, staff members, guests or anyone directly or indirectly with use of the Photobooth or surrounding area.
• PhotoBoothSA and their operators are within their right to terminate their services if they feel that any of their life’s, equipment, props or property of PhotoBoothSA is in danger of getting damaged or has been damaged due to unruly behaviour from guests. In any instance where we feel there is a need to terminate the hire, we will speak with the host first to try to resolve the matter before terminating. If we do have to terminate the hire due to reasons stated above, the full cost of the hire is still payable and we will not issue any refunds.
• Our Photobooth requires a completely dry, level and flat surface before setup.
• We realise that some clients want their photos to remain private, which if you do not agree to us uploading your photos to Facebook or using them as per advertising purposes or as examples please give us this in writing. If these photo’s were uploaded and taken off upon request and the unlikely event that the website has been hacked and photos were leaked out to the public before removal we cannot be held liable. We cannot be held liable for clients or guest sharing the photos online eg. Facebook or Twitter etc.
• We are not responsible for your photo album or controlling thereof. We instruct clients/guest and they do as per their own discretion.
• We cannot take responsibility for Names not filled in/or correctly filled in on the info form. Strip will be designed according to your words on the info form.
